Does amule set a ToS flag on outgoing packets? (This is necessary to allow priority queueing to work and keep ISPs happy)

I've been looking but I can't see where it might be placed.

There is thatm but if customers ser min_cost then its worth taking a note of - and the customer router can use it at the very least, in case of congestion.

Back when I was running an ISP, I'd discard hi prio ToS unless it was on specific ports (ssh, etc) but the lower ones were useful for tuning ftp-data vs http vs imap/pop3, etc.
